If the return of the goods is accepted from the customer, the company issues a check for the value of the returned goods or sends the amount to Customer account through the bank.
Dear valued customers, we thank you for choosing Fahmy Furniture LLC., To provide the best services for the delivery and installation of our goods, we present our Policy for Return, Exchange & Refund as below: the following conditions are met:
Goods can be returned or exchanged within 15 days by presenting the original invoice or reverence if
- in the event of damage goods at the time of delivery
- Visible Manufacturing defects at the time of delivery
Exchange / Refund will not be accepted if:
Damages that occur because of client negligence.
note:
- For hygiene reasons Carpets (Rugs), Bed Linens, Bath Linens, Pillows, Home Décor, kitchen ware and table ware & Accessories cannot be Returned or Exchanged.
- Custom Made Products (Mattresses & Divan Beds, Curtains, Kitchens etc.,) cannot be Exchanged or Refunded.
- The company is not obligated to dismantle and move the old furniture in the customer’s house.
Important:
Refunds will be in the form of BANK CHEQUE. (in case of cash payment)
Refunded to the card A/C (in case of debit/credit card payments)
